Having just experienced the recent infection first-hand, I have summarised my experiences and ideas stemming from those in a little eBook, readable on phone, tablet or computer, which is available on Amazon under the title ‘The Artist and the Virus’.
In the present situation, where there is no treatment, virtually no testing, and no vaccine available, I have focussed on a number of steps and courses of action that one can take to do one’s best to support your own immune system. Really, for the time being, there is not much else one can rely on.
